Alpha Pay Online: Secure E-Commerce Transactions for Alpha Bank Cardholders Alpha Pay Online is a free Android application developed by ALPHA BANK ROMANIA S.A. that provides secure e-commerce transactions for Alpha Bank cardholders. With biometric capabilities or other security keys available at device level, cardholders can authenticate their e-commerce purchases easily and securely. To register, cardholders need to enter the last 6 digits of their card number and their mobile phone number registered with the bank. A validation process through SMS is required to complete the registration. Once registered, cardholders can receive push notifications for e-commerce transactions that need to be authorized. Tapping on the push notification will redirect them to the screen with transaction details where they can either confirm or cancel the transaction. Even if push notifications are not active, cardholders can still access the Alpha Pay Online icon and directly authenticate or cancel the transaction from the screen with transaction details. Alpha Pay Online provides a user-friendly interface and a reliable security system to make e-commerce transactions easier and safer for Alpha Bank cardholders.
